External Print Submissions
TULJ accepts original legal scholarship from undergraduate authors at any accredited institution. Papers are subject to double-blind peer review.
Requirements
All submissions via Google Form: author name, institution, year, major, paper title, abstract (250 words), Bluebook confirmation, and a commitment to attend 2–3 virtual check-in meetings. Papers: 4,000–12,000 words, double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman, full Bluebook footnotes.

Membership Applications — Fall Only
TULJ recruits new members once per year in the fall. We welcome students from all majors.
Roles Available
New members join as Staff Writers or Staff Editors. Print Editor positions available from year two onward. Podcast participation is open to all members from day one.
